**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various landscaping projects.

**Duties:**

- Utilize design software such as CAD, Civil 3D, and Revit to create detailed landscape plans

- Conduct site visits to assess the environmental factors and conditions of the area

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the outdoor space

- Design landscapes that incorporate elements such as hardscapes, gardens, and water features

- Prepare cost estimates and timelines for landscaping projects

- Oversee the implementation of landscape designs to ensure they meet quality standards

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, GIS, and Revit

- Knowledge of land surveying techniques

- Strong drafting skills to create detailed plans

- Experience in both softscape and hardscape design

- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and construction teams

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Fort Smith, AR 72901 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Smith, AR 72901: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
