```Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our CVICU team. As a CVICU nurse, you will provide specialized care for patients with cardiovascular conditions in the critical care unit. Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and detect any changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Assist with procedures such as phlebotomy and tube feedings
- Implement case management strategies for optimal patient outcomes

Skills:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular systems and diseases
- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques
- Experience in case management and patient assessment
- Familiarity with tube feeding procedures
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine and dementia care
- Ability to provide compassionate care while adhering to professional standards
