Job description
King Construction Services, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Project Manager in the Washington and Hancock County, Maine areas.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining scheduling, enforcing adherence of field supervisors to project schedules, processing submittals, coordinating and attending project meetings, preparing project requisitions, communicating with subcontractors, and a variety of similar tasks as assigned.
We expect you to have a minimum of five years’ experience as a project manager for commercial construction projects, working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other comparable software, excellent attention to details, and ability to work and communicate well with others. Experience with estimating is preferred.
Full-time positions with benefits including health insurance, vacation, investment contribution, and holiday pay. This position can work out of our Ellsworth or Machias office.
