The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across the Kinexion Network.

This position will be in-person on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. Wednesday is a remote day.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Connotes Essential Functions

Foundation:

• Assists the marketing team in their daily tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly.
• Generate, maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of current and past campaigns. Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters).
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
• Writes and releases positive publicity through the creation of well thought out plan through social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Additionally, tracks impact including followers and engagement.
• Administer updates on websites across the network.
• Work with affiliate partners to develop specific content for their marketing outreach across various channels (i.e. social media, email communications, etc).
• Takes photos as needed to support marketing and public relations and works with digital marketing firm on the creation and exaction of impact videos.
• Organizes team meetings with marketing agency partners and network affiliates.
• Assists the marketing team with designing and ordering promotional material.
• Assists the Director of Marketing with office tasks associated with processing marketing and public relations expenses as well as scheduling meetings and appointments around marketing and public relations.
• Supports the Development team members with the marketing efforts of their campaigns.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Two or three years of experience in Public Relations/Marketing preferred
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Strong analytical skills with goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Must have the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Strong presentation skills, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Valid NYS driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
