• Understanding Relational Database Design (with emphasis on MS SQL Server)
• Having working knowledge of Database Structured Query Language (SQL) and SQL Scripting
• Working in a team environment to create and support .NET applications
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and functionality
• Assisting in the development of standards and procedures affecting database management, design, and maintenance
• Supporting existing applications while helping to architect and design new application
• Using Microsoft Office products for collaboration and project documentation
• Protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential

• SDLC: Designing, building (coding), testing, maintenance, and documentation of software products following Agile/Scrum
• Strong detail-oriented approach with thorough analytical skills and problem-solving
• Microsoft SQL Server design, tuning, security, replication, backup, and recovery
• Development of programs and reports using .NET and SQL (Core, MVC, EF are a plus)
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Source Control Technologies (TFS, Git)
• Strong technical documentation
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and externally
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without full-time supervision
