Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing care plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources and services.

Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client goals and objectives
- Provide counseling and support to clients, addressing their emotional, social, and practical needs
- Connect clients with community resources such as housing, healthcare, employment, and education
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting all client interactions and services provided
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, healthcare providers, and legal professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and interests within the legal system when necessary

Qualifications

-Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish, reading and writing)
- Knowledge of legal case management processes and procedures
- Familiarity with legal research and drafting documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document review, transcribing, and maintaining case files
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations
