About the Job:
Job Summary:Kinetic Medical Group (KMG) is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to oversee highly independent Social Workers at ALFs/SNFs in the state of Virginia. The position is fully remote (meetings occasionally with SW), with email availability for provider assistance and availability in case of emergency per Virginia law. Treatment of patients is not necessary.
- As our Contracting Supervising Social Worker, you will be available via phone and email to our Social Workers who are based in Skilled Nursing Facilities/ Assisted Living Facilities in Virginia (ALF) to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their psychological needs.
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
- Your duties will include collaboration with the Social Worker, Nursing, and other staff as needed. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
Compensation:Monthly pay of $35 to $40 per hour
