Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Part time)
Job Summary:
  • As our Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility to treat geriatric patients for their primary care needs.
  • You will be responsible for primary care for independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing residents at a clinic on the campus.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain a strong relationship with the client facility, patients and family members.
  • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
  • Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care.
  • The selected candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
Compensation:
  • Extremely competitive hourly rate of $65.00 to $75.00.
