· Employee time keeping and payroll.
· Employee benefits manager.
· Invoicing for work completed.
· Uploading invoices from vendors and subcontractors for manager approval.
· Sponsorships and Social Media.
· Job postings.
· Managing company merch store.
· ISNetworld administrator responsible for employee roster maintenance.
· DISA administrator responsible for employee roster maintenance and orders.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, OpenInvoice, and QuickBooks Online.
Additional Notes
The Office Manager position requires a person that is self-motivated to complete routine and spontaneous tasks. It is important for the Office Manager to understand and assign priorities for daily activities.
