Responsibilities and Skills Include:
- Provide nursing services under supervision of a Clinical manager or RN following individualized plan of care
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Collaborate with our clinical managers and others to provide the best care to our clients.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects
- Document using our EVV system--Using your smart phone!!
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate with other members of the clients' multidisciplinary team.
- Proven experience as RN or LPN / LVN
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with home health and pediatric care or open to be trained
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Successful completion of RN or LPN / LVN license program is a must
