Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to join our team. This position will directly report to the General Counsel and is responsible for leading strategic and tactical legal initiatives for the Company. Working collaboratively as a member of the executive tam with leaders across the organization the role will provide effective advice and strategies to ensure the Company operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and in accordance with best practices.
About You
We are looking for a skilled corporate attorney with over four years of experience. The candidate will join the law department, reporting to the general counsel, and will interact with and support various groups across the company, with primary on securities, corporate governance, and M&A issues. Exceptional ability to collaborate with and coordinate the efforts of a wide array of legal experts in various disciplines in connection with corporate and operational matters.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a corporate attorney
- Juris Doctor Degree/law degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to State Bar
- Strong working knowledge corporate governance related matters and M&A transactions
- Strong working knowledge corporate and commercial real estate
- Ability to negotiate new business contracts
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
