Some of the general responsibilites we look for in our candidate are:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities
• Conduct hands-on activities frequently during any month
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and academic growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• State teaching certification/license (Preferred)
• Classroom experience of at least 3 years is highly advantageous
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Passion for science education and inspiring students to explore the natural world.
