Kindeva is seeking a IT Technical Analyst to join our team support various manufacturing and quality systems and participate our Industry 4.0 based initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things, blockchain, and other emerging technologies to improve the quality, efficiency, and agility of our production systems.
As an IT analyst, you will work closely with the manufacturing, engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to understand their needs and challenges, and provide them with data-driven insights and recommendations. You will also collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate and align our IT systems with the industry standards and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT analysis, system development lifecycle, and project coordination. You should also have a keen interest and knowledge of the pharma industry and the Industry 4.0 trends and opportunities. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
Kindeva maintains a modern suite of enterprise applications with numerous exciting expansion opportunities in progress and planned. Beyond managing a highly effective suite of enterprise software applications we will be introducing an Industry 4.0 strategy and solutions for our global production sites.
As a vital member of our Information Technology (IT) team, you will be responsible for overseeing various software applications and working closely with our manufacturing business customers to execute a variety of advanced technology solutions.
The role reports to the IT Director of Manufacturing Systems. Relocation will be considered for qualified candidates. Travel is expected 0-10% depending upon on business objectives and project scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze current IT systems, architectures, and processes related to pharma manufacturing, and identify opportunities for improvement or automation using Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Design and support design of direct manufacturing technologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that enhance the performance, quality, and flexibility of our pharma production systems, such as augmented reality, digital twin, cloud computing, big data analytics, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful integration and alignment of our IT solutions with the business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our IT solutions on the pharma manufacturing processes, and provide regular feedback and reports to the management and stakeholders.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the pharma industry and the Industry 4.0 technologies, and propose new ideas and initiatives to drive innovation and excellence.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Proficient in English.
  • Due to statutory requirements and US government products Kindeva manufactures, must be a US Person as defined by the US Department of State.
  • 5 years’ experience in an IT analyst role.
  • Solid understanding and experience and skill with computer hardware, communications protocols, unified namespace, and other Industry 4.0 related technologies.
  • PLC, SCADA, integration systems a plus.
  • Interest and proficiency with new technologies; software or hardware.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent education and work experience).
  • Experience working in an FDA/MHRA regulated environment. Experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley, or similar, regulated environment also a plus.
  • Expertise in managing software projects including new enterprise implementations upgrades.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Global company experience also a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and best practices.
