Kinderwood Preschool is a small business in San Jose, CA. We are professional, social, creative and our goal is to Kinderwood Preschool was established to serve the families in the community in 1980. We recognized the need for working parents to be assured their most prized possessions, their children, are taken care of in the cleanest, safest, most pleasant atmosphere possible. Kinderwood realizes the importance of balanced growth and is dedicated to providing for the social, mental, and physical development of your child. We provide an educational experience in a warm and friendly environment for youngsters SIX WEEKS to FIVE YEARS of age. Our service has grown from a sincere love for children and a deep desire to help your child associate with other children and cope in a modern world. We are open to all children, regardless of race, creed or national origin..

Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infant students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants to learn and grow
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
- Bottle feed, change diapers, and must be able to hold a child of more the 15 pounds
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to promote child welfare and development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with infant students is preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with educational curriculum standards for preschool education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
