Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid Certification (willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and physically engage with children.
• Proficiency in English to connect with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of each child.
• Manage classroom activities and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Incorporate outdoor activities to promote physical development and exploration.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
• Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and implement them in the classroom.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including being prepared to administer CPR and First Aid when necessary.
