Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants in the classroom
- Implement age-appropriate activities to promote child development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Assist in daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap time
- Collaborate with lead teachers to support the educational and emotional needs of each child
- Monitor and document children's progress and behaviors
- Follow daycare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns
- Continuously engage in professional development to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
