Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As a Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. If you have a love for childhood development, experience working with students, and a desire to educate and inspire, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities

- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavior management techniques

- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education

- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development

- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
