When you join our team as a Child Care Center Director you will:

• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Use business, sales, and marketing savvy to foster the center's positive presence in the community - make your center the place to be
• Welcome new families and children into the center as you continually grow

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least two years of solid leadership experience
• Ability to lead diverse and equitable teams
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with families and team members
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Budget and financial accountability (revenue generation experience preferred)
• Knowledge of State Licensing and Accreditation (NAEYC/NAC preferred)
• Meet state director's licensing requirements (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
