Required Skills and Experience:

• IN Licensing Director Qualified(required)
• At least one year of solid leadership experience (Director experience preferred)
• Ability to lead diverse and equitable teams
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with families and team members
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Budget and financial accountability (revenue generation experience preferred)
• Knowledge of State Licensing and Accreditation (NAEYC/NAC preferred)
• Meet state director's licensing requirements (required)
