Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting.
- Implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Follow daycare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children in care.
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues that may arise, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Keep the daycare facility clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Attend professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
