Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Monitor student behavior and assist with behavior management strategies
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
- Assist with classroom organization/maintenance/daily cleaning

Requirements:
- Experience working with children, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving role
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with young children

Pay: $15.40 - $17.00 per hour
