```Duties```
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities and outings
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist with meal times, including serving food and monitoring dietary restrictions
- Provide guidance and support to campers in resolving conflicts or challenges
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp facilities
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in babysitting or working with children in a similar capacity
- Knowledge or background in theater, behavior management, early childhood education, sports coaching, tutoring, special education, or classroom management is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage campers in various activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with campers, parents, and fellow staff members
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
