Champions is bringing our accredited programs near you! We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate child care teachers who can elevate our before-and-after school programs to the next level!
Our programs are coming to Union Gap. Projected program openings in August 2024 with onboarding and training starting immediately.
When You Join Our Team as a Teacher, You Will:
- Implement Champions curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
- Build a safe, cultivating environment where children can play and learn while following coronavirus health and safety measures and more.
- Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and support in their child's education.
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
- A love for children and a strong desire to create engaging and fun environments
- Meet state specific requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Director, Group Lead, Site Supervisor, and Site Leader, Youth Leader, Camp Counselor, After School Teacher, Extended Day Counselor, or similar highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
