Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a KinderCare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Conduct assessments to track each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and handle behavioral challenges
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with infant care and toddler care
