Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play.
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
