Job Description

The Hospice Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The supervisor assists the in establishing, implementing and evaluating goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Qualifications

1. 1. Must be a registered nurse, licensed physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, or social worker with current licensure to practice in the State.
   2. Three years of management experience in a hospice or related health care organization.
   3. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
   4. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
   5. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Organization requirements and is in good working order.
   6. Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
   7. Knowledge of business management, state and federal governmental regulations.
