Duties and Responsibilities:

Kina'ole is seeking a Business and Marketing Intern. This position supports our Business Development, Bids & Proposals (B&P), Marketing and Events teams. Ideal candidate works with the B&P team to improve Business Processes, Proposal Artifacts, and support B&P activities. Additionally, the candidate supports Business Development functions and Marketing. Daily activities include running B&D reports, supporting B&P reviews and deliverables, as well as B&P infrastructure.

Required qualifications:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively.

Preferred qualifications:

Pursing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in In-Design or Adobe. Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Experience with customer relations and engagement preferred.

Other Job Details:

We offer flexible work schedules. Remote/telework may be possible due to the independent nature of projects. Ability to travel as required during summer/break time periods. Ability to lift objects weighing up to 35 lbs. This is a summer internship, June 1, 2024 - September 1, 2024.
