Job Description:
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. Experience working in a team environment is a must! This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.
Duties:
-Requesting medical records and bills
-Organizing files and medical records
-Preparing demand packages
-Reviewing documentation for workers’ compensation hearings
-Filing workers’ compensation petitions and ICA complaints
-Communicating the case status with insurance adjusters and clients
-Negotiating billing/lien reductions
-Preparing distribution sheets and closing out cases
In addition to base pay, we also offer a generous bonus structure.
This is a full time, in person, Monday through Friday, position.
