Kimbrells Furniture is Hiring a Collector Near Concord, NC

105 year-old company and stronger than ever!Kimbrell’s Furniture is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individuals to join our Call Center team. The Call Center at Kimbrell's Furniture immediately hiring for an agent at our Concord, North Carolina facility.
We know that for you to give your best, you need to be at your best; that’s why we are serious about work life balance. Position is Full time.
Responsibilities:
  • Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
  • Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options
  • Update account status and database regularly
  • Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes
  • Accepts payments over the phone via credit card
  • The above list of responsibilities for Collector are subject to change or be added to during the course of employment as the operational needs of the department changes
Requirements:
  • Cooperative disposition and ability to work in a team setting
  • Positive attitude
  • Desire to learn and develop professionally
  • Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Some experience in collections preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate
  • Must be available to work Mon - Fri between 8am and 8pm and alternating Saturdays
