Ensure high ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location
Processes shipments promptly, receiving of warehouse deliveries
Train other employees to follow all receiving area processes
Ensures a clean receiving area by preparing returns, claims, MTR's for prompt shipment with all necessary documentation
Follows and promotes safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, ladders, etc.
Work closely with Operations Manager, Office Support employees to effectively correct any problems or discrepancies
Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance including documenting all necessary information
Ensures stock is being rotated daily
Monitor and manage productivity for indigent kits/care packs
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Communicate with Operations Manager when items are out/low to maintain in stock levels
