Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, attractiveness, and overall upkeep of our apartment complex's outdoor areas, landscaping, and grounds.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trimming hedges, and watering plants to maintain a visually appealing landscape.

· Keep outdoor spaces free from debris, litter, and other safety hazards.

· Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address maintenance needs, such as repairing fences, and walkways.

· Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of the property.

· Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

· Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

· Maintain an inventory of landscaping and maintenance supplies and communicate needs to the management team.

· Respond promptly to any landscaping-related concerns or requests from residents.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred.

· Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

· A valid driver's license may be required.
