In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

About You
As a person, you’re a learner, a natural leader someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all.
As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.
Are 18 years or older and are authorized to work in the United States.
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have experience with Machining, Fabrication, Blueprint reading and welding preferred.
Able to use precision measuring tools and understand function / use.
Can read and write basic English.
Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Work schedule- Monday-Friday day shift and overtime or 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
Willing to work in Team Environment sharing skills and knowledge.
Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces.
Can pass a pre-employment drug background screening.
