We prioritize building relationships with our clients and providing exceptional service in areas such as tax preparation and planning, small business accounting, payroll services, and forensic accounting.

Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX for a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent. The role involves providing professional tax and accounting services to individuals, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing tax returns, reviewing financial statements, collaborating with clients to identify tax optimization opportunities, and conducting research on complex tax and accounting issues.

Overtime required Jan 1-Apr 15 or primary tax deadline annually. No required overtime for secondary fall deadlines.

** Salary is experience-based and negotiable **

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and tax planning
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks) and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and other professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
