Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Resources Administrator for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities 

As a Resources Administrator for Kimball Midwest, you will work to support our experienced sales team and hiring managers. The Resources Administrator is a key support role within the Sales Enablement Department that helps drive daily functions. It is imperative that you are both reliable and punctual with the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service and organization. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including: acting as a liaison between the sales force and internal staff, maintaining personnel files, providing phone support to the sales force, collecting, organizing, and logging all incoming sales reps and field managers reporting and more. You will be expected to have a high attention to detail and the ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Come join a growing team!

Qualifications

• A high school diploma
• Two (2) years’ experience in a business/secretarial environment or an Associate’s Degree in a business-related field
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology functions and computer programs.
• The ability to possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a natural drive to improve processes
• The ability to respond quickly to problems and to work in a stressful environment
• The ability to have excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask with accuracy, under specific time frames
• The ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in a courteous and professional manner
• The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations
• The ability to function without continuous supervisory direction

This is a hybrid role- 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
