*Duties:
- Assist with field inspections and data collection for construction projects
- Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Assist in concrete forming and masonry work as needed
- Analyze construction plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control checks to identify any issues or defects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

*Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze construction plans
- Knowledge of construction inspection techniques and quality control processes
- Experience in concrete forming, masonry, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to collect and record accurate data in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to project specifications
