Kilwins Chocolates Fudge & Ice cream in Raleigh is now hiring for part-time (20-35 hrs/week) retail store supervisor position for our store in North Hills. We are looking for energetic, hard-working, and dependable individuals with a positive attitude!

The store supervisor is responsible for delivery of the Kilwins experiential culture, store conditions and operations of the store. This position requires leadership skills and experience in retail or hospitality operations. Responsibilities include delivering a caring Kilwins experience to customers, employee supervision, store merchandising, quality control and continuous improvement.

Applicants will have had previous sales and supervisory experience in retail or hospitality. They must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have good communication skills and be able to stand for long periods of time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Provide integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and purpose of Kilwins Brand.

6. Tracks Team Member progress.

7. Greets and waits on customers.

8. Answers customers questions and makes sales suggestions.

9. Answers phone and takes phone orders.

10. Re-stock and set up displays, merchandizing.

11. General cleaning: dust, sweep, mop, wash windows, take out trash.

12. Operates cash register, weighs, and prices.

13. Pack boxes and baskets.

14. Prepares/makes waffle cones.

15. Puts away, rotate stock

16. Changes/updates signage

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Must be customer service oriented with a good personality and manners

2. Ability to work well with others, be a good listener and follow as well as give directions

3. Must be a role model with good work ethics

4. Ability to work when needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Must be at least 18 years old.

2. High school diploma.

3. Previous sales and supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in retail store environment.
