Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with asphalt paving, construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites

- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials

- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines

Skills:

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication skills
