Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Assist customers with the purchasing process
• Process returns and exchanges
• Gather information from customers for deliveries
• Provide timely & accurate order entry
• Ensure store is clean and presentable
• Greeting customers
• Answer and transfer phone calls
• Loading lumber/materials for customers
• Various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 Years experience in the lumber and/or construction industry
• Prior experience in customer service and/or retail a plus
• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours/day
• Willing to learn
• Self-motivated
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
