Part time, Thurs thru Sat 8-2 & Sun 2-7

SUMMARY of Duties

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff.

Work Experience Qualifications

• Prior experience in front desk or concierge strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related position, preferably in long term care industry, is desired.
• Desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with changing demands.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Cheerful disposition
• Perfect attendance

Educational Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3 past verifiable positive work references
