Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of beverages, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Experience in catering or banquet events is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
