Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Clover POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
