The Operations Manager reports to the Plant Manager. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of the plant. You will be responsible for coordinating productivity across the various departments to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $130,000 – 140,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
