Description * Fabricate commercial or military aircraft parts, accessories, and trim in accordance with technical specifications and Work Control Documents * Work with a variety of materials, such as resins, carbon fiber, bonding, honeycomb fabric, and fiberglass * Demonstrate attention to detail while working with various composite materials in all aspects of the composite process, including: crafting, sanding, assembly, clean room etiquette, class A oven, paint booth and autoclave * Work with composites, using pre-preg and wet lay-ups * Paint and finish parts to specifications * Use hand and power tools to produce aircraft products * Work both independently and as part of a team * Follow written instructions precisely * Must be willing to accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers * Must work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion * Assist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload * Other duties as assigned Requirements * Education/Training (both required and desired): * Must be working toward completion of High School diploma, technical certification, or equivalent * Experience: * 0 years of professional experience in the required task area * Security: * Must be a US citizen * Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required Benefits **This position has a career track, where you will be evaluated every 6 months aligned with a wage increase for 3 years** * Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) * Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) * Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) * Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) * Short Term & Long Term Disability * Training & Development * Wellness Resources
