YOUR LIFE AS A PRECAST CONCRETE CARPENTER - TRADESMAN

This full-time entry-level, experienced, or lead skilled trade job works Monday to Friday with lots of opportunities for overtime.

As a Precast Concrete Carpenter - Tradesman, you provide top-tier craftsmanship to every project you are assigned. Working with a team, you fabricate new forms, set up prebuilt forms, and pour in the concrete fill. Once it's dry, you strip and deconstruct the forms. You inspect finished precast concrete products for any signs of damage or deformation.

With safety as your top priority, you ensure proper procedures are followed by other crew members and address any issues as needed. You are a hard worker and are always eager to learn. As you work with your team, you understand the importance of good communication and make sure everyone is on the same page about any updates or concerns that need to be addressed. You get great satisfaction from doing quality work with a team that genuinely cares about your success!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Forklift certification or willingness to get it
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

If you have experience with construction, Symon form systems, pouring concrete, or reading shop plans, that would be a plus but we provide training for every position.
