We’re looking for a creative, hard working, energetic individual to join our team! Our Franchise Support Associate is responsible for facilitating positive relationships with franchisees and customers, maintaining an active and engaging online brand presence, supporting the KidzArt corporate staff in day-to-day administrative needs, and assisting in the onboarding process for new franchise owners.

Tasks include:

• Maintaining corporate WordPress websites
• Creating professional and engaging marketing graphics for both franchisee and corporate use
• Assist in developing Visual Art curriculum for elementary age students
• Respond to requests for information from franchisees and customers
• Create social media materials and promotions utilizing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, AI and Twitter
• Organize and disperse art and science curriculum to franchisees
• Assist in training new franchise owners
• Assist in submitting yearly Franchise Disclosure Documents to state offices
• Provides support for registration software as needed
• Write and organize content for monthly newsletters
• Schedule and host Zoom conference meetings

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Dropbox, Constant Contact
• Social Media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Graphic Design preferred (Adobe Illustrator and Canva)
• Experience using WordPress websites, preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
