Lead Teachers/ Teacher assistant
Job Description/Duties/Tasks Required

We are looking for someone who can work:
Monday to Friday
- Be responsible for the daily management of the assigned classroom.
- Plan lessons and instructing children in activities and play according to ECECD to promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment.
- Educate, promote the safety, and wellbeing of a classroom.
Qualifications
- Already have or able to obtain training in CPR/first Aid.
- Ability to obtain a 45 Hour course.
- Must be able to meet state background check requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have some credit towards Early Childhood Education is a plus but not required. Willing to further their education in Early Childhood Education or already possess a degree in Early Childhood.
- All applicants must have the ability to contribute to and lead a developmentally appropriate curriculum and be able to create a consistent, caring learning environment for our students.
Other Information/Requirements
- Practical knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of our childrens privacy at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
