Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and marketing at our offices in McKinney & Southlake. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced medical environment.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Manage the scheduling of appointments, procedures, and surgeries
- Oversee medical records management, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Implement and enforce HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Develop and maintain budgeting systems to monitor expenses and revenue
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or veterinary setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare management practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
