THE ROLE :
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales for a territory of KidStrong centers by reaching out to prospective clients / members.
In this critical position, the Sales Representative must demonstrate a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals.
The Sales Representative must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up.
Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required.
The Sales Representative must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey.
An exceptional Sales Representative will maintain great relationships with families they enroll in order to drive retention and to serve as an ongoing source of referrals.
This is not the typical 9am-5pm job. For the Sales Representative to be successful they will be making calls and interacting with parents when they are available mornings, evenings, and weekends.
25% Remote and 75% based out of our open locations 15-20 hours a week, but will comprise of community outreach programs such as career days, event booths, school visits, etc in the community spreading the word about KidStrong! Flexibility in availability is required.
FIRST 30 DAYS TO BE ONSITE for training.
