    What we expect

    Someone with experience with kids, who leads from the front, getting on the mat and teaching approximately 15 classes per week.

    What does an Operations Specialist do?

    The Operations Specialist role is vital to the smooth operation and continued success of the center. It's a combination of teaching classes to kiddos, making sales calls to families who reached out to us, as well as some other light admin duties;

    like manage the inventory from time to time and respond to emails / texts from prospects and members. The great thing about the Ops position is the wonderful mix of being on the floor, coaching and working with the kiddos, and then balancing that with some administrative work.

    We are looking for :

    • Experience with children and / or fitness industry strongly preferred.
    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field would be a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
    • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products

    Certifications Required : (These can be obtained post-hire, and must be kept current)

    • CRP certified
    • First Aid certified
    • EpiPen certified

    Physical Demands :

    • Our staff is asked to work out with the kids, know the proper form and corrections, and actively run the activities. Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, etc
    • Aerobic activity
    • Sustained physical exertion
    • High energy
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
