The goal of an Assistant Center Director is to provide leadership to the center in coordination with the Center Director

• Assist Center Director in properly managing and exceeding all KidStrong sales and student goals.
• Assist in coordinating ongoing sales drivers (studio events, outreach, lead management)
• Assist in meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), trial closing %, call volume, trials booked, class utilization % and attrition %
• Assist it overseeing the sales process and systems including all billing and student base, cancels, declines, chargebacks, freezes, transfer, make-ups, academies and private parties. (if applicable)
• Compliance and adherence to KS Business Policies for daily center operations
• Assist in recruiting and on-boarding all new KS Front desk employees (if applicable)
• Model all center activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
• Ensure KS branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
• Provide positive customer service and effectively handle customer concerns.
• Be in center a minimum of 3 evenings per week (as coach or manager), 1 morning per week (as coach or manager), and a minimum of 1 day per weekend. Coordinate with Center Director as to not always be working the same shifts.
• Coach a minimum of 3-5 classes per week
  • REQUIRED: you will be the point of contact/fill-in in the event an emergency coach or substitute is needed
• Assist in required daily center reporting and checklists
• Assist with Inventory
• Participate in required weekly and monthly meetings

Job Qualifications

• Have a passion for working with children
• Complete and pass Presale Training online learning
• Be able to work with KidStrong supported learning apps, sales tools and membership database
• Be positive, motivating and possess effective interpersonal communication skills
• Hold current CPR certification and complete a background check

POTENTIAL JOB HOURS (20-30 hours per week):

• Monday: 3:30p-7:30p
• Wednesday: 8:30a-10:30a/4:45p-7:45p
• Thursday: 9:45a-11:30a/3:45p-6:45p
• Saturday: 8:45a-12:30p
• Sunday: 9:45a-1:15p
• Additional hours available for weekend events/remote work (phones)
